Suggestion: Clan training

For me , anytime between 9:00 to 14:00 GMT all week days except for Friday

PS. That^ is basically my work time , but I only play CS From the office at work xD

I'm free everyday from 6pm-10pm GMT +1
And weekends from 2pm-9pm GMT +1

From my point of view , i think we need some training , im training my self already on XXL servers , but i dont think thats enough , cause flashes are restricted there , blacky taught me some stuff about flashes spots , but im not very good at flashing , i didn't want to apply for a scrim place unless it was a newbie clan , if it was a good clan , i would rather be a sub and spectate

i dunno guys , i have school , umm , i come back on 12:GMT Time (3PM Jordan Time) i get ready to play when blacky just leaves his work , if blacky could extend his workdays or just stick in his office for more time i think we'll have the potential to regroup

i'm active just tow days in the week friday & thursday any from 6pm to the next day

I don't see many NF players on our server..
actually there are more yNs players on our server than NF players..

1. We should make a poll with times where (almost) everyone is available and then pick one out..
2. In my previous clan (not on cs) we made an additional topic for the people who can't come..

3. If they can't come, there will be another topic where you have the chance to tell us why you can't come.
4. The idea that every member must participate is to keep our clan alive because if some1 doesn't participate regulary, why is he in our clan then? We're one family right?
5. Another topic of what shall be trained (eg, normal training, deagle training, ...)

So yea..

Pros of clantraining:
+Increases bonds in our clan
+Gives less skilled members the chance to become a real -nF. member
(wich means we could accept grooks)
+It will be fun
+Our clan may rise (again)

Cons of clantraining:
-Not everyone can participate.. (time difference), that's why I was thinking of 2 clan training days a week, but that'd be a great efford for the admins..

Good idea , am starting to get a better player in cs , i started doing deagle stuff , i train deaglez and awps mostly , cause ive had enough of Ak47-M4A1 , i think am very good at them , awps , deagles , Usp's and weak weapons are goin to be our concentration , Deagles for first rounds , awps when we got a lot of money , we will need atleast 1 awper in a war , and weak weapons for lack of money ! ,
